Your first task will be to take out a moving White Orb. Take out the enemies as you go along, as ignoring them could cost you in the end. In the fourth room, defeat the three blade-wielding shadows, then head through the new, dark opening in the wall.įor the first time, you'll be in a room with an actual puzzle. This will open the next doorway, which will be just up ahead (to the west). Take it, and-taking care not to drop down-continue cutting a swath through the foes. Once everything's slain, the next passageway will open up. Run through the opening, then fight your way up the staircase. Those are the keys to victory.įight against the magic-casting foes-don't bother to melee them, since they're resistant-until the tremendous bookcase slides out of your way. Keep your party members alive and healthy, and be patient. This crystal-shaped foe drops Potions and Ethers whenever you kill it, so you should prioritize their destruction. Occasionally, a black and red enemy will come out onto the battlefield. This is going to be a very lengthy battle, but fortunately, there's a way to replenish your Hit and Magic Points. Thus, the best strategy is to bring it out into the open, and smack its weakpoint-the back of its head-as much as possible. Blizzard will freeze the ghost in its place, but since you'll be oft using white magic on it, it will almost always have Magic Resistance active. Since it will frequently disappear, be prepared to cast either Clear, Cure, or Raise to reveal it. This permits the spirit to get numerous cheap hits in, which will often result in a party member's death. If you thought the Graveyard was a challenging dungeon, you ain't seen nothin' yet! This boss has a large variety of attacks, and not only do they hurt, but most of them stun you. ![]()
